Each Mutskie leash is meticulously handcrafted in our Amsterdam studio. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in length may occur compared to the measurements listed on our website. Designed for durability and resistance, it's important to note that our leashes are not chew-proof.

Should the need for a replacement arise, we offer a 20% discount code for your new order. Our leash guarantee extends to cover hardware or assembly defects, excluding normal wear and tear. To initiate a replacement request, please reach out to us at hello@mutskie.com, attaching a few clear pictures of your product. 

It's essential to understand that we retain the right to determine the eligibility of products for replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure you and your furry companion enjoy the best possible Mutskie experience.

You can wash your leash by hand with mild soap or in your washing machine up to 30degrees.
